葡萄糖的低廉價位決定了生產(chǎn)的投資能力,但通過工藝改造使葡萄糖從口服級上升到注射級又可以帶來很大的經(jīng)濟效益。在溫度較低的情況下,葡萄糖較容易變質(zhì), 同時黏度大大增強,不利于過濾,所以可以考慮在生產(chǎn)中采用高溫設(shè)備和耐高溫的膜,既減少了糖液從高溫向低溫的冷卻時間,減少變質(zhì)幾率,又能使膜通量有一定 程度的提高,減少處理時間。同時,因膜濾液中的蛋白和雜質(zhì)被充分去除,后續(xù)工藝的樹脂受到的污染將大大減少,有力地改善了樹脂的處理能力,延長樹脂的使用壽命。
